I will always be deeply grateful to you and your team, but especially to you, Steve. When I first reached out to you, both here and while you were overseas, you gave your time so generously. Your rapid response and guidance during such a desperate time truly touched me, and it’s something I will never forget. From the patient journal you sent to my sister to simply being there whenever the call was made; you reminded me just how kind and supportive people can be and often closer than we think. It took some encouragement for my sister to finally get in touch with you, but I’m so glad she did. She was grateful as well, especially after speaking with you and Ben, which you both helped her so much. The tireless work that you, Claire, and the foundation continue to do is nothing short of remarkable. I have no doubt your brother would be incredibly proud of the difference you’re making in people’s lives. God bless you and Claire. I will continue to donate annually not only in support of the amazing work you do, but also in memory of my sister, your brother, and everyone who has faced this terrible disease.
